Julian has now sold 'Ragamuffin', his Hurley sail boat which gave him so much fun over the last 3 years. But it was time to move on and he has been busy looking for the perfect boat to take him across the Atlantic in the 2013 edition of the OSTAR - the original single-handed transatlantic yacht race.

Julian has found a boat for sale and it is just the job. It's a 35 foot race yacht which was designed to compete in the OSTAR. He's been working tirelessly to raise the funds to buy the new boat but needs the help of sponsors to make his dream a reality. If Julian can make it to the start line, it will be a historic occasion as he becomes the first disabled person to compete in this world famous yacht race which has created legends out of the sailors that have dared to take on the north Atlantic alone.
